From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

Do you know how to spot and remove a tick? Ticks can carry the bacteria that causes Lyme disease.
It's important to be aware of ticks and to safely remove them as soon as possible. Do not twist or jerk the tick as you remove it, as this may leave part of the tick embedded, or may cause it to spit out disease-causing fluids into the bite.

You may have seen in the news recently that the new weight management medication Tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro®), became available to NHS patients nationally from 23 June.
