Massage is a great way to alleviate stress and tension within your muscles. Having the knowledge of Sports Massage alongside Body massage, allows me to create a completely individual experience, being able to create a totally relaxing atmosphere whilst being able to target specific areas to enhance your mobility. Although given the name sports massage, it can be for non sports persons alike. The massage works on relaxing tension, increasing blood supply and flushing through lactic acid. Everyday tasks can cause imbalances throughout the body, sometimes causing discomfort and pain or a lack of function. I aim to reduce any pain or discomfort and mainly work on building function back to normality. I offer the added luxury of the Elemis Massage, using the iconic brand 'Elemis' oils to enhance the sensual experience allowing you to completely relax. Each treatment is tailored to the requirements of each individual client.

I am a qualified sports massage practicitioner who is also qualified in body massage. This allows me to adapt the massage to individual needs.

You can have deep pressure to really work through any built up tension, you can have a sumptuous relaxing massage or you can have something in-between that can focus on your tension areas but still give you a relaxing feel.

Currently I work mobile so I can come to you, meaning straight after your massage you can just relax, no need to travel home 👍
