After receiving several bespoke requests recently, and trialling on several regular customers, I have added two new treatments to my 'menu'.
Now you are able to book in for a sports massage to an affected area, either upper back/ shoulders or full back, and add on an Indian head massage to finish. This is a really great way to treat pain, restriction, injury or tension and then have a final relaxation treatment at the end!

Clients often ask me if there are any additional supplements that can help with their ailments. Im not a nutritionist or doctor so I am often a little reserved with this information. However, I can say that taking these four supplements have massively helped me with joint and muscle aches and quicker recovery after a long day of massage. Ultimately a good diet, mobility, heat and regular massage are always the winners in my eyes! What else do you use that helps?

It's only a few days until the Lincoln Half Marathon and I know many of my fantastic customers are racing this weekend! Its great to see so many of you this week for a pre-event massage! I'm sure you are all thoroughly prepped but I found this good video on dynamic stretches you can do in the lead up to the run to make sure your legs are ready to go!
