Everyone’s favourite exercise! 😉
Burpees - broken down into progressive levels
⬆️A variation of a burpeee called an ‘up down’. This preserves energy and allows you to shorten your range of motion to make movement easier 🙌
🔀 Full burpee with a step-in rather than a jump. This variation we see a lot in Hyrox - great for pacing yourself and conserving energy, whilst hitting a full range of
motion 🙆♂️
⬇️ Full burpee. Great for higher intensity as we hit a full jump up to keep the movement explosive. This is also the most taxing so beware😅
