🍂Today I took time to slow down and wander through the forest —
breathing, noticing, and simply being ... 🍂
🍂Among the fallen leaves I created a natural mandala,
a small act of presence and gratitude. 🍂
❤️Moments like these remind me how nature supports our body, mind, and heart — helping us to soften, regulate, and reconnect ❤️🩹🍂 which in turn enables me to hold space for others ❤️🩹🍂
Taking time for ourselves isn’t a luxury; it’s nourishment. 🌿
