I have just returned from assisting on a fabulous three-day shiatsu Shin Tai shiatsu course in Nottingham, with Monika Grygiel, for Kindy Kaur Shiatsu & Transformational Bodywork. It was my first time assisting on a course, and it was such an honour and joy!

The course focused on Central Channel work - essentially activating and freeing inner life force energy to enable clients to heal themselves. It was fantastic - great in-depth teaching from Kindy and lots of “delicious” practical work.

Like with Chinese Medicine learning Shiatsu is circular... you learn, then learn again with more context. I have heard this material several times now but always take away something new. It’s totally fascinating!
