✨A little announcement…(not written by ChatGPT!)✨

I’m slowing my business down. I’m taking a break. Things haven’t quite worked out the way I’d manifested…but I truly believe better things are coming and I want to be ready for when that happens.

How long for? Possibly for a few weeks, maybe a couple of months. I don’t really know.

The truth is I’ve been edging towards burn out. Over 3 years I’ve not only been running a business, but learning, teaching, supporting, sharing, listening, caring, growing, empathising, giving my all….on top of working in the corporate world and of course being an (amazing!) mother.

So what’s happening?

🚪The A Mother World Hub is closing at the end of October.
🛑All pregnancy and baby classes are paused
But I will be teaching and supporting 1:1 birth teams

I will be back. I’m just not sure when.

Thank you to everyone who has, and continues to support me - it means everything.

Be informed. As the questions. Ask ‘why?’ ‘What are the benefits?’ What does that mean for me?’ ‘What are the stats and research?’ ‘What are my alternatives?’ ‘What if we do nothing?’ ‘Is this personal to me and my circumstances?’

Do your research. Take a breath. What do YOU want?

My birth coaching + Hypnobirthing courses aren’t hippy dippy all breathing and nothing else. I am super passionate about informed consent, having a voice, making your birth yours, and positive - whichever way it goes.

And you’re supported. When the pressure piles on, I’m at the end of the phone cheering you on, reminding you you own this. It’s not a fight to get the birth you want, but stand tall and be empowered.

That’s why I created baby classes that are as much about you as baby. A place for you to relax, talk, bring the focus back to you, to meet friends and bond with your baby whilst encouraging their normal development.

September’s Baby Massage courses on Thursday and Friday are now fully booked! 🥰 I’m so excited to be welcoming 12 wonderful mums and 13 gorgeous babies (including one set of twins!) to the A Mother World Hub.

Even more special…6 of these mums I supported during their pregnancies, and now I get to support them again with their little ones 💕

It’s such a privilege to be there for mums in those first precious months. Baby massage is so much more than a class. It’s a space for connection, support, making friends and building memories.

Grace and baby O popped back to the hub recently for a catch up, and told me her baby massage group are still in regular contact (even though they’re all back at work!) and are now attending each baby’s 1st birthday parties!

I feel so proud to have created a baby group where not only you learn baby massage techniques, but it really is a a special place for you to relax, be honest, bond with your baby, celebrate you, and make real friendships.

That’s why so many mummy’s come back again and again!
