Training is very important to us at Care In Your Home. This is why our two supervisors complete “Train the Trainer” courses, enabling us to deliver high-quality, structured training. This ensures our carers gain the knowledge they need to provide person-centered care, while also working in line with our company values.

It may take a little longer at the start, as each course is built from scratch, but we believe the quality and personalisation make it absolutely worth it!
