ADHD in women can look very different. We often think of the traditional symptoms, the hyperactivity, distraction, impulsivity…

But for many women, it shows up as mental restlessness, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, and exhaustion from masking. Women can be incredibly successful until they can't manage it all anymore.

It’s not always loud, sometimes it’s invisible.

If you're a woman who thinks she may have ADHD, let's chat.

Is your child struggling at school? We know so many children are, whether they're neurodivergent or not. Which is why we introduced our EISPs designed to help get children the support they need in the classroom, so that they can learn and thrive.

Introducing a new service for schools - Classroom consultations.

We want to support children where they need it most... in the classroom. This can be for one child or we offer full or half day packages if a school needs support with multiple children. This is about giving you practical support and clear next steps.

Drop us a DM or ask any questions you may have below.

Is your child struggling at school and you don't know why?

You need a plan to support them, and you just don't know how to support them? Introducing our new service - Early Identification and Support Plan (EISP). This includes a school observation to help you get the support in place that your child needs.

Also, if you go on to believe your child may be neurodivergent following this process, we will give you a discount on the price of an assessment. Can we help you get the support in place that your child needs?

It's nearly time for Halloween and Fireworks night, which will exciting for some can be overwhelming for others.

If you feel anxiety about these upcoming days, we have some tips on how you can support your child through this time. The key is to make it your own and that there is not a right way to enjoy these days, only the way that works for you.

What you think the autism spectrum looks like vs what it really looks like.

It’s not a straight line from “less autistic” to “more autistic.”
It’s a colourful mix of strengths, challenges, and traits that can vary massively from person to person.

Think of it more like a circle or web, with areas such as sensory processing, communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation, all showing up differently for each individual.

No two autistic people experience the world the same way
That’s why understanding, not assuming, is key.

Are you a neurodivergent person or the parent of a neurodivergent child who struggles with food restriction?

Do you not know where to go next and how to change the situation? Let us help, we're specialists in autism and ADHD and we understand food restriction but also the reason for food restriction. That people do it to feel safe.

If you would like support to overcome food issues, please get in touch.

The frustration this phrase induces in us!

“Everyone’s a bit on the spectrum” isn’t just inaccurate... it’s dismissive.

Autism isn’t a personality quirk or a set of traits that everyone has. It’s a neurotype, a different way of experiencing and processing the world.

Saying “we’re all a bit autistic” minimises the real experiences, needs, and challenges autistic people face every day.

Let’s move from minimising to understanding.
