Here are things to you can do to be a more informed consumer and take nutrition matters into your own hands:✍️

If you don’t know what something is or what it means, do your research. Don’t blindly follow a food trend or buy something just because someone said it is healthy. For example, just because a package says “Gluten Free” doesn’t mean the food item is healthy for you. Check all ingredients .

👉Read the nutrition label and the other ingredients, and pay attention to serving sizes.
👉Simple is usually best. I like to keep my foods and meals simple. Keeping foods as simple and basic as possible is best if your main goal for eating is health, fitness and wellness. This is hands-down the most nourishing way to fuel your body.
👉Prepare your meals! Buying whole, healthy foods as unprocessed as possible, prepping your own meals, and cooking/baking your own recipes is the only true sure-fire way you know 100% what you’re eating.

Home made Pizza's ~ no pesticides, no chemicals, no preservatives, no crap.
It's not always the gluten itself people can't tolerate, (only 5% of people are actually coeliac)~often its the pesticides sprayed on the gluten people can't tolerate...

Think of back in the day 1500 BC no one had any dramas with gluten... why? No pesticides or preservatives ❤

Complete plant protein chocolate or vanilla 🌱
2 big frozen cauliflower heads (just makes it sooo creamy)
