I am very exercise biased, everyone leaves with some homework to work on as I believe helping you fix yourself is key. This I have learnt from being mentored at CHHP and working in elite track and field alongside working in a range of gym environments. From the track and field I do also have strong manual therapy and taping skills which I see as a useful adjunct to the exercise rehab. I also work closely with a range of surgeons and sports medicine doctors in London so can refer you to the best if required.
