✨ Wrap a few gifts at a time, and schedule breaks to stretch your muscles. Pace yourself.
✨ Skip tricky wrapping - use bags, tissue paper, tape dispensers, or cutters to save time and your back.
✨ Stand in supportive shoes, keep the paper roll behind you, and bring presents to the table rather than reaching.
