🥋 TJJF Nationals this weekend! Making me reminisce about my last national competition 🥈 Congratulations to everyone that entered - putting yourself out there at Nationals is a huge achievement, and ultimately, however you did, you're amazing in my eyes 💕

Jitsu gave me an amazing appreciation of what both my body and mind can achieve with the right mindset, commitment, and support - none of which I would have been able to put into place without taking care of my body! Here's to all the sports massage therapists I have seen over the years who got me through all my competitions and gradings - including my dan (black belt) grading 🥋
