Welcome to our page. We are the Social Prescribing Service.

As Social Prescribers we can help you navigate the many community services available to you - from debt to exercise, mental health to housing and much much more!

As the festive season approaches the Social Prescribing team are putting together “Pick me up parcels” for Christmas, to support individuals and families who may be struggling this winter. ❄️

We are reaching out for donations so we can support as many individuals and families as possible.

We are particularly looking for donations such as:

• Hygiene products 🧼
• Warm items 🧤
• Non-perishable food 🥫
• Small gifts or Christmas treats to spread some cheer 🎁

Every little helps and will go a long way in making someone’s Christmas a little brighter.

If you are able to donate and would like to arrange collection please contact the team on the email address below. Alternatively you can drop any donations off at:
