I had such a beautiful Full Moon fire last night releasing that which no longer serves me!

I burnt everything to be released twice. I burnt one lot, giving then to the fire and scattered the ashes in the air today. The other ones went in a jar and got covered in water. I left them out in the moon light and then planted them in the earth today and then poured the moon water over the earth after.

I really felt the pull to lean into my elemental practice! And my new ritual has been birthed!

I look forward to the New Moon and calling in new frequencies!

I've felt such a rush of energy this spring!

After creating a huge ball of potential energy through winter and suddenly feel such a release!

I've welcomed this sunshine in with such open arms! Spring is such a beautiful time to feel into our abundance!

I struggled to get out of the house today.

I'm so glad I did! My chi energy is flowing at full force now.

I got up to Heaton hill and could barely see! So many beautiful little moments out in the snow, each footstep crunching.

I'm learning to embrace the quiet side of being which created alot of anxiety in me when I was younger.

I now see this as such a powerful way to be. I'm taking the time to spend time on my own and uncover the layers that have been hidden away from myself.

I commit to being a peaceful presence within myself and towards others. This is where my power lies.

I'm really enjoying following my flow at the moment. I've been staying snuggled in bed until half 10 most days over the past few weeks. This morning I was awake before 7.

During my morning ritual several birds came to greet me in the rose bush by the window near my altar. 🌿🐦

Then this sunshine gleaming through onto the icy road filled me with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Such a beautiful crisp day! ❄️🙏✨
