Been a bit quiet on here lately sorry guys. My health has hit a new low unfortunately but hopefully can start moving to get better now!! Finally got an appointment to sort the nerve damage in my spine so with any luck that will improve my mental health massively aswell as my physical health! I am so looking forward to it even if the procedure is horrific!! Its a step forward that I have been waiting for for years!! Happy Tuesday lovelies 😘 ❤

How's everybody's week going?
I've had an extremely bad week myself unfortunately (not looking for sympathy just sharing) I have been in unbelievable pain with my back and hips which made me ring the docs (I can usually handle the pain but this was by far the worst its been in a very long time)
Though I have been taking tramadol to help keep it at bay ita barely taken the edge off it. The pain has caused a weird ADHD psychosis which I didnt realise was possible until I researched it a couple of days ago. The human body is a very strange thing indeed. Did you know about the link between adhd and chronic pain? Its madness (literally)
Now because of this and past experiences I have referred myself to the mental health team at work to try and get some help before I lose the few marbles I have left.

I dont talk openly about my problems enough, I hold it all in and batten down the hatches while hoping for the best. This never works long term and there's always some sort of blow out after a while but I need help now before it explodes rather than cleaning up the pieces after the fact.

Anyway!! My funny old brain falls under this umbrella, this is why I struggle but it doesn't stop me :)
