A rare opportunity has come up for a free model opportunity!
This appointment will be with our apprentice stylist Lauren, on Tuesday 13th January. We are looking for two people who are wanting to have a one length cut and blowdry!

These appointments are with our apprentice stylist Lauren. As we know, she is partway through her level 2 qualification training! We are defining her skills on one length cuts!
Model requirements are:
- Willing to have a one length cut. (No layers/shaping)
- Must be available for 1hour 30 mins.
- Must be available on Tuesday 13th January at 10am or 12pm!
- This will only be a cut and blow-dry Appointment.

🌟From Junior Apprentice To Senior Stylist 🌟
We are so proud to announce that Sophie has been promoted to Senior Stylist ✨

At the beginning of November, Sophie sat her final exam — her Level 3 End Point Assessment — and she absolutely smashed it!

Sophie started her journey with us as a junior apprentice, and over the years she has grown into an exceptional stylist. We’re incredibly proud to say she is 100% home-grown — from learning the ropes to now being in high demand with a full, thriving column. Her hard work, passion, and natural talent have truly paid off.

From Friday 2nd January, Sophie’s services will be charged at Senior Stylist prices, reflecting her well-earned new role.

As a team, we couldn’t be prouder of Sophie and the dedication she has shown to her studies over the past three years, both inside and outside of the salon.

As we come to the end of another busy year, we just want to say a huge thank you to all of you, our wonderful clients for your continued support, loyalty and kindness.
We have been spoilt with gifts this year. We are so grateful for every visit, every chat and every bit of love you show our salon ❤️

Our gift collection is on 10th December, which means there’s still plenty of time to get involved.

We couldn’t take part last year as we weren’t in our salon, so we are extra excited to be involved again. Nothing needs wrapping — just pop your gift in as it is.
Everything is welcome: selection boxes, toiletries, toys, cosy items, little treats… anything that brings comfort or joy. No alcohol please.

These children will be spending Christmas in refuge with their mums. 💖
They have had to flee their homes due to domestic abuse or violence. Together, we can help bring a smile, a moment of comfort, and a reminder that people care.

There is also a list of more specific items requested from Santa in the pics below, but truly — every single donation makes a difference.

Here’s how to help:
• Buy a gift for a mum or child (you don't need to collect a tag)
• Don’t wrap it
• Bring it into the salon and hand it to any of our team
• Or, if it’s easier, have Amazon deliver it straight to us

🪷 Introducing Libby 🪷

We are so excited to announce that Libby has joined our team 💇‍♀️
Libby will be starting with us on Tuesday 2nd December.
Libby is fully qualified level 2 and 3 joining us as a senior hair stylist and has 7 years of experience, and lots of previous experience working with our much loved Matrix brand.
She can't wait to get her hands on your hair and create some incredible transformations.
Here are a few words from Libby herself....

"I’m really excited to be joining the team and can’t wait to get started. I qualified in 2018 and have spent the last several years building my experience across all aspects of hairdressing. I have a real passion for blondes from bright, clean highlights to soft, lived-in blends but I also love working across the full spectrum of hair services to create looks that feel fresh, personalised and confidence-boosting.
