We love supporting all our adult clients across the region.

But tonight is the epic annual fundraiser for Children In Need on the BBC. This fantastic event not only adds awareness for multiple charities across our region but raises massive funds to benefit those facing great challenges in their lives.

A huge part of this years event has been Radio 2 DJ Sara Cox completing the equivalent of five marathons in five days, concluding in our region in Pudsey later today. Well done Sara, an amazing effort.

This year, help keep your loved ones comfortable and secure by taking these simple steps:
- Muffle the noise: Close windows and draw curtains before it gets dark to minimise the startling bangs and fl ashes
- Stay warm: Ensure warm clothes are layered up, and hot, comfortable drinks are on hand
- Offer comfort: Provide reassuring company or a distracting activity if the noise causes anxiety, especially for those with dementia.
