Trick or Treat is a fun night but it isn’t fun for your child’s teeth. The sticky sweets are the worst and will stick to teeth for far longer than chocolate.

Here are some handy brushing tips.

🎃 Brush with BioMin® F for Kids toothpaste twice daily to hep protect the tooth surfaces and prevent cavities.
🎃 Supervise your children to apply a pea-sized bead of BioMin® F for Kids toothpaste on to a children’s toothbrush.
🎃 Brush all surfaces of the teeth using short and gentle brush strokes paying extra attention to any hard-to-reach areas.
🎃 After 2 minutes of brushing encourage your child to spit out any excess toothpaste into the sink and avoid rinsing with water as this washes away the active ingredients of the toothpaste before they have had chance to work.
🎃 Don’t eat or drink anything after brushing - ideally for at least 30 minutes.

Do we need another mouthwash? Whilst traditional mouthwashes provide effective cleansing they also come with a number of drawbacks:
