We’ve just recorded a short guided meditation with Sandra on meeting emotions with balance — a gentle practice for recognising emotional patterns and responding with patience, curiosity, and compassion.

This meditation will form part of a new online, self-paced, on-demand course currently being developed through Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices, designed to offer practical tools for emotional wellbeing and inner clarity.

Note: Due to a chronic voice condition, I’ve chosen to use an AI avatar for the guided meditations and as a companion throughout the course.

Why do the same patterns keep repeating in our lives?

These are questions many people carry quietly, especially during times of stress, change, or uncertainty.

An upcoming community talk in the Southern Highlands explores these themes through the ideas of Karma and Reincarnation — not as abstract beliefs, but as ways of understanding our experiences, relationships, and the causes behind what we go through.

As we step into the New Year, we’re gently evolving how we offer our programs.

Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices will now be online only, with a comprehensive 6-module, self-paced course currently being developed — created to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and inner balance in everyday life. More details coming very soon.

Our in-person sessions will now continue through Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute & Initiatives, located at:
