This Saturday we begin a monthly teaching series with Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal, offering practical, accessible guidance on working with the mind.

Teaching live from Dharamsala, she brings deep experience and a rare ability to explain profound topics in a clear, human way.

🌿 A New Chapter for Samadhi Centre & Lotus Hearts – 2026 🌿

As we step into the New Year, we’re gently evolving how we offer our programs.

Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices will now be online only, with a comprehensive 6-module, self-paced course currently being developed — created to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and inner balance in everyday life. More details coming very soon.

Our in-person sessions will now continue through Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute & Initiatives, located at:

📍 66 Old Hume Hwy, Braemar
(Behind the Highlands Vet Hospital)

🗓 Weekly sessions resume from Saturday 10th January

🧘‍♀️ Meditation Session: 9:30 – 10:30am

💬 Discussion Group: 11:00am – 12:00pm

We will also be offering a monthly afternoon teaching session with our resident teacher joining us live via Zoom from Dharamsala, India, including time for Q&A.

This is an introductory schedule and will grow organically as interest and community needs grow.

💛 All sessions are donate what you can.
No one will ever be turned away due to financial difficulty.
