My client came in with a winged scapula & lower traps that are inactive. We have worked out a plan for the next month / 6weeks & will monitor his progress throughout the weeks. I also performed deep tissue massage on his left side which was troublesome & he is already feeling the benefit! Massage along with a plan will help his issues!

I don’t just do sports massage! I also help with postural issues in the hips, spine & shoulders! I create specialised exercise plans for each individual to help rid of the issues that crop up in day to day training!
