Ray’s Exotic Pole workshop went down an absolute treat.
Her years of performing and teaching gently nudged everyone to explore their sensuality, let go, and embrace movement with confidence and zero apology which we absolutely loved!

Give yourself permission to move slowly, sensually, and in your body.
Rays routines are about stepping outside your comfort zone, feeling powerful in your own skin, and dancing your way whether in heels or socks. (Kneepads needed 😉)

Aerial Yoga: Total Relaxation
Because you deserve to rest deeply. ✨

We’ll begin with gentle Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to calm the mind and balance the body before moving into slow, soothing stretches and grounding touch , including pressure point release and hair brushing.

Then, cocooned in your sling, you’ll drift into stillness with a guided meditation to fully reset the nervous system.

This isn’t a workout, it’s a recharge.
A 105-minute surrender for the mind, body, and soul. 🕊️
