Total Relaxation activate s your parasympathetic nervous system.
This slows your heart rate, muscles tension melts away and your body temperature lowers.
You can start to fell quite chilly.
(any one else having hot flushes atm and thinks this sounds blissful? 😂)
so we recommend lots of layers and anything cosy ready to go full cocoon.
Just remember, there is no such thing as too many blankets!
