Hi everybody, I didn't post here for long time but today I would like to share this opportunity. Sarah Grandinetti is Access Consciousness facilitator, she is staring a new advanture she called "The potency project".

The way she talks about potency is mind blowing, is something I never expected to be. So if this is something you would like to tap to more come and play with her, with us in this project.

After spending a month exploring potency in my membership, we discovered that it was just the beginning and we’ve been craving way more.

My body didn't feel very well day before so I was doing some clearings, asking body to heal, to "fix" it what was broken and getting frustrated that nothing worked. Body was getting more uncomfortable and "ill". Then yesterday I was on the call with Sarah Grandinetti, CF and we talked. She reminded me that you cannot change, "fix", clear something that is not yours. If nothing is changing ask question: who does this belong to? Is it mine? Yes/No?

My awareness was no, is not mine. So I sent it back to whoever those energies belonged and my body relaxed and is feeling much better.

This question: "who does this belong to?", is one of the first tools of Access Consciousness and I forgot about it. My body was aware of people choosing to die, to suffer and I make it mine. Asking that question allowed me to let go what wasn't mine and acknowledged how aware my body is.

So if your body doesn't feel well and you cannot change that ask: who does this belong to? Is it mine? Yes/No. If is a no send back to the sender with consciousness attached. If is yes, ask more questions because very seldom it is really yours. Very often is just awareness of others body around you.

Will you ponder with me around that question?

What if no matter where you are in your life there is no need to compere yourself to anyone but you?

What if there is no right nor wrong about the time and space you are in?

Will that no judgment space give you more of you?

What if you choose to be that for 5, 10, 20 seconds every day?

Nothing in the world is static.

Take the next few steps and move through what "feels" so intense and unmovable or whatever is that you feel.

You can do it.

Those few steps will carry you to different place and space. Will open new possibility.

Yesterday I went to the beach with one of my friends. The wind rearranged my hair, spiked them up, moved them across....

It didn't take any doing on my side, just allowance to enjoy wind playing with my hair and not worrying how I look, what people see and think when they look at me. What their judgment of me will be.

The thoughts of others didn't cross my mind, I just enjoyed the connection to all elements of nature there. It was freeing, it was fun, it was amazing experience.

What would it take to have that always?

It was beautiful walk in the evening when most people went home tired after whole day on a beach.

We marvel on nature around us: the waves, the wind, the water and the sand.

Yesterday I met first time in person with an amazing being Christel Crawford, CF. She came here to London to do some classes, including The Fundation, one of life changing classes from Access Consciousness.

I know her 3 years. I took many programs and classes with Christel. She witnessed so many changes in me. She has shown me how to use Access Consciousness tools every day. What exploration of me is. She challenged me to show up on Facebook life for 100 days and she was there with me every step I took. She has shown me that using Access tools is a commitment to myself, a process, a journey and an adventure. It can be intense, it can be uncomfortable, it can strip you bare and in this some time is gifting you so much of you.

It was amazing to finally meet her in person, to hug her, to say thank you. I'm very grateful for her constant invitation to choose more, to be more of me, for her contribution to my life and my being. My gratitude for her doesn't have words, they are too small to describe it. I'm sending them anyway. Thank you Christel!

Last week I heard this a lot: I don't do energy, people don't know what working with energy is, I stopped doing energy. Hmmmm....

We are energetic beings so how can you not be energy? We learned that everything solid is real and true. What if we make it solid by condensing or contracting energy? What if expanding the energy we be contribute to our life and living, to the Earth and the world? What if expanding the energy we are every day a bit more than day before would allow us to create the reality we would like to live in?

Will you allow yourself to choose that every day and contribute to your life?
