Molly Home Personal Training I offer personal training, sports and pregnancy massage in the comfort of your own home and online. I am also qualified in pre and post natal exercise.

I am a mobile female personal trainer covering Braintree, Witham, Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. I will come to your home or an outdoor space near you to conduct a one to one personal training session. I will bring all of my own equipment to each session. Each client will receive a free in depth consultation where I will take a number of health and fitness measurements and perform some exercise tests. We will also discuss your aims and goals. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, I will create a detailed exercise plan to help you achieve your goals. You will also receive continued support and nutritional guidance.
Β£30 per hour for face to face personal training. (unavailable at the moment)
Β£20 per hour for online personal training.
Β£180 for a block of 10 online personal training sessions.

If you are not comfortable getting down on the floor you can use these alternatives;
High knees instead of mountain climbers.
Wall press ups instead of knee bent push ups.
Reps/time is included on the post. Aim for a 30-60sec break between the exercises.πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯
