For the past 2 years I have been working out from the comfort of my living room, or which ever room I can get in or even outside.

IT'S GOOD TO TALK

Let's face it its been a tough year, for some more than others.

Today I wanna speak out for all those that can't
-

I have I suppose suffered in silence for years, but not given it the thought I should have. But then I guess a lot of people do the same.
-
-
But around August last year, I'd had a complete meltdown, I almost chucked in my job, but with calm words and wisdom from my old man I was talked down.
-
-
I had a chat with my manager and he got me some help with my anxiety and depression
-
-
6 months on and these 3 motivational quotes hit me square in the face this weekend.
-
-
I AM OPEN - I can now talk openly about the struggles I have faced and how I have overcome them
I AM HAPPY - I am truly, and its the first time for as long as I can remember that I really am, no faking, just genuine smiles and laughter
I AM EMPOWERED - I kno my own worth and nothing can hold me down or stop me from accomplishing or achieving my goals

I am not here to take away from anyone else, these have been my struggles and has been my journey.

Honestly I don't have a goal weight (anymore)

I used too, and when I first started my fitness journey I was obsessed over the numbers on the scale

-
But going down that road I was becoming unhappy and I still wasn't happy with what I looked like and almost gave (almost)
-
-
-
Now... I re-evaluated what I wanted out of life, and I wanted to be happy, strong and confident
-
-
-
And that's what I am.
-
-
-
I'm still focused on my fitness and nutrition but I don't feel bad any more for eating the pizza 🍕 or cake 🍰 or the odd glass of something🍸

It's time to ditch the scales and tape measure and just be happy 😊

The mind is a unique and powerful thing!

It can do so many things? It can send messages to parts of the body without us even realising it?

It's so quick we don't even realise it? Take picking up a brew for example, we do it without even thinking about it its that quick!

And then you have the body, it can do amazing things like child birth!

When your body goes thru many different things but convincing your mind it can do it can be hard work

Just kno this YOU can do hard things! Your MIND can do hard things! Your BODY can do hard things!

Always, always make time for yourself! Take time out of your day for some 𝒀𝑶𝑼 time ❤️

Do something that makes your ❤️ happy. Go for walk, read a book, take photos, workout, spend time with family or friends practice yoga or meditation or start a journal.
