I help individuals accomplish their lifestyle goals. This is my page on how I can help people in different areas of life. I will be specifically focusing on Sports Therapy and Conditioning. Let me explain:
Therapy - exploring the avenues of generating a better, relaxed you in its physical form, tailored for sports and Exercise personal and to those that just need a flush through relaxation massage. This helps relieving stress in the mind and body. Conditioning - a specific, detailed and tailored program to achieve your goals. I previously worked at Yarborough Leisure Centre and home coaching and now I'm focusing on the body and mind. I have a University background in Rehabilitation and Sports Exercise Science with the units studied: psychology in Sport, clinical anatomy & exercise physiology, biomechanics and therapeutic skilled therapist. I am also a qualified Fitness instructor, Personal Trainer, Boxercise, spinning, Circuits instructor and qualified in Kinesiology. Since 2014, I have gained valuable experience and massive achievements on coaching people with various goals. Other service that I can help with in is Food Intolerance, Allergy, Deficiency and Metal Toxicity test, really getting into the nitty-gritty side of what's the best fuel for your body. A fully healed chest too.
