itās been a while šø since i shared some nourishment, posted or have even been āactiveā on the socials. as my brand tagline for j nourish āintuitive wellbeingā reads, itās exactly as I know + act, intuitively. do you hear, or better yet, listen to that inner voice that guides you through life too?
i have been in the space between. lapping up motherhood, working when time permits, but mostly doing what I LOVE, to share: food, fitness + nourishment, just internally. I have not felt the need to actively share my life, simply unattached to the idea of āsocial mediaā + what a blessing it has been the past year.
our beautiful jayda arizona is growing so fast, she is almost 1!
before having a child, i was in complete denial of all the cliches that come with parenting- you wonāt have time for this + thatā¦ but gracefully, i can admit they are so true, in the best possible way. itās a lesson that all mothers can relate to once you have lived through the time + space of being reborn. broken down + built back up to a new you that you never knew before.
being a mother, you have a completely new identity to grow into. you put this tiny being before you on every occasion + itās the most precious, unexplainable gift you will ever receive.
