Somatic yoga for Trauma release and healing to help you lay down some of the mental weight you’re carrying (Tuesday 7pm with The Growforward Project)
Chair yoga because you might not want to get down on the floor but that doesn’t mean you can’t practice yoga! (Wednesday 10.30am)
