After a great chakra dancing session last night, I want to let you know that the final one of this year on 9th December is now fully booked.
I’ll be working out January dates soon and they’ll be posted as events on this page.

Judgment stops joy 😔

Are you always judging yourself?
If you are, you won’t be making room for joy.

Judging yourself for being less than, for not having done what you wish you could, for doing something you regret…
All of that keeps you in a low vibrational frequency.

The opposite of joy.

It takes work to get out of the self-judgment habit.
It takes practice to lean into joy.

But it’s so worth it.
It makes life more manageable.
You start to see the possibilities.
And when you move towards them you begin to feel the magic of life.
You discover the joy you deserve.
