Common complaints clients come for reflexology with include:

It’s Sunday and a good time to reflect and look forward. For me, one of my aims this week is to raise awareness of the importance of looking after your body and processes like the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a fluid transport around your body to look after your immunity, to detox and work in tandem with the cardiovascular to maintain internal balance. In short it clears out! Your left side does all the work clearing swelling and removing irritants, and the right side only looks after a quarter of the body. Been a bit quiet as I had a couple of days off to visit the newest member of our family – a baby girl. Lovely squeezes with her in the sun on a beautiful island. Now back and fully energised and ready to start a fabulous week of all things reflexology x
