I want to stay real here during our Festive season - we all go through 'life stuff'; some manageable but some which leads us down a dark path where we can get very stuck. I've had suicidal thoughts in the past - due to ongoing pain issues. I got stuck. I chose the homeopathic route to bring me back to a healthy state of mind. We don't talk enough about this - we shy away from it. These thoughts aren't unusual or uncommon to us.

After a couple of party nights, I've successfully managed to pick up a grand throat virus.
I've taken hepar sulph & bryonia remedies and it's subsiding after 2 days .....these remedies take the edge off and have stopped things getting worse ...... any one struggling with coughs/ colds/flu - get in touch if you need to ..

For next Christmas, my daughter suggested a Secret Santa affair for us - one thoughtful pressie for one family member each? YES!! Great idea! I'll be easy - love a pair of knee high sox! Always have!
I'm determined to enjoy the festive build up to the 25th ...... mellow local shopping including a tree from Penpont, walks around beautiful Brecon and through the Groves during the day & gigs at the Muse, Tap & Foundry in the evenings ...... how lucky we are to be here!
