Hello again, dear friends and followers.
I'm back.
I've looked at other ways to let people know about Floral Ark - old school posters, flyers, networking (yes, I had to be very brave). These have been good for me. They meant I had to leave the house and actually talk, face to face, to real people. Practising reading body language again is a treat! I've met and reconnected with some wonderful women lately, and I'm grateful for time away from the screen. But I do know I'm missing out on a lot more connections out there. I need to reach as many people as I can to make my business work, and social media is the tool everyone knows and uses. I'm ready to leave... but there's nothing to replace it quite yet. So, I'm going to try very hard not to scroll; breathe through mad, bad and dangerous stuff and engage with the good, inspiring, uplifting stuff that connects us.
That is the important thing.
This pause has given me time to recalibrate. I now understand I have to do a little less online and a little more in person. I may have to have another break in the future. It's a mine field, and that's okay. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'll always come back stronger and realigned.
I’m looking forward to continuing to share my work with you all, and I hope it connects to something in you, either through digital or physical means.
