If you're looking to start yoga classes, or deepen your practice, come and join our weekly evening class in Llandefalle, or morning class in Hay on market day.

The class can suit people new to yoga, or those with an existing practice - I offer different variations in many poses to suit your level and even how tired/energetic you're feeling - I encourage you to make the class your own, thinking about what you need on that day.

We focus on strength building, balance, flexibility, breathing exercises and relaxation.
