About the Role:
We are looking for a caring compassionate, reliable, passionate and trustworthy individual to provide support with day-to-day life in an individual’s home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life by helping them maintain a clean, safe, happy and comfortable living space.
In this vital role, you will visit elderly clients in their homes to provide person-centred care and practical support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical support
• General household tasks
• Companionship
• Provide emotional and well-being support
• Health monitoring
• Record keeping
• Preparing meals
• Taking to appointments and outings
•Diary management

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Honest, dependable, and respectful of privacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• A clean driving license and own transport
• DBS enhanced check- (supplied)
