Human design is a powerful tool for finding out just that!
I just recently signed as an affiliate for Samantha Selby who is trained to level 4 in Human Design, so she knows her stuff! she has started doing written reports for adults & their kids (you don’t see many child reports of this calibre, in fact not many children’s reports at all ) - the reports are amazing and in depth - usually the top experts charge anything between £80 and £150 - she is doing hers at an introductory price of $47 for adults and $37 for kids.
These aren’t just any report tho they give you prompts and exercises that you can do into your type, centres, authority etc etc - it gives you a good understanding of what human design is and how it works and more in particular how it works for you - so it’s great for newbies
The reports are about 120 pages & are made for simplicity too, which I can tell you make it so much easier to digest the information as it can be quite overwhelming if you end up going down the rabbit hole!
I’ve got mine and one for both my son & daughter and it’s just great ! - it reads well and gives you a good understanding of how you can best understand & support your child and their needs, it teaches you how to help them feel comfortable in their own skin, so they grow up into to well rounded individuals.
