On Monday, Jane Bennett had the honour of attending the unveiling of a memorial bench in memory of Cllr Mark Reed and was joined by his sisters Lynne and Kim, Mayor of Brentwood Cllr Jay Laplain, Mayoress Vanessa Laplain, other Cllrs and members of the public who were in attendance on what would have been his birthday 🕊

National Time to Talk Day 💬

Today was all about conversation, kindness and community at Waitrose Billericay. 💛

Organisers Bluebird Care (UK) with team member Jo, alongside Billericay Unite in Kindness, were helping customers pack their shopping and handing out daffodils to spread positivity and encourage open conversations. 🌼

The amazing children from Quilters Primary School also lent a helping hand in the café, while Anna from Bennetts Funeral Directors Ltd supported with handing out worry worms and pocket hugs for the community. 🧸

It was lovely to welcome Richard Holden, who came along to show his support too. A simple reminder that talking really does matter, today and every day. 💙 Massive thank you too Julie, for making this all happen!
