Last night was one of those heart-full nights ✨

A whole group of mums who met on my baby massage course over a year ago — none of them knew each other back then — and now the friendships between them (and their little ones!) are just incredible to witness.

I’m always banging on in class about community… about finding your village… and I know some people probably think it sounds like a load of rubbish 😅 But this is the proof that it’s real. It does happen. And when it does, it’s magic.

Isabella and I can’t wait to welcome you all back for our Halloween Coffee Morning on Monday! 🎃☕

I’ve realised I never actually did a proper introduction for the amazing Isabella — so here it is!

This photo was taken at our event back in July, before Isabella started as my instructor. Since then, she’s been nothing short of wonderful. I feel so lucky to have her as part of my team.

From feeling like a stranger in your own workplace, to juggling wild logistics, to the swirl of guilt, pride, joy, and exhaustion… it’s a LOT.

If you’re in this position right now, please know you’re not alone. So many parents have cried in the car before work, texted “was this a mistake?” at 9am to their partner, and felt proud of themselves by 4pm. 💛
