Knee and shin pain is the most common areas injured when we start increasing our exercise load and often people get told there isn’t anything you can do about shin splints or knee pain… well there is 🥶
This pain is caused by inflammation or the tissues surround the area when they can’t withstand the increasingly load and trigger a pain response to get you to stop. Combining our Cryotherapy with our Sports Therapists’ advice can you get you pain free and performing in no time ⚽️
