Tomorrow evening, people affected by pregnancy and baby loss will come together to remember their babies and pregnancies by lighting a candle at 7pm for one hour for the Wave of Light. We will be lighting our own candle for the pregnancy and baby loss community. If you are unable to light a candle tomorrow, you are welcome to share a name or date in the comments and our EPT candles will light up in remembrance for you.

I am passionate about the work I do as a Complementary Therapist. I work from the beautiful, tranquil Garden Room in Hutton, Brentwood, licensed by Essex Trading Standards. For those of you who are unable to travel to me, I offer a mobile service for treatments in your own home in Brentwood, Billericay, Ongar, and surrounding areas. I also have a range of crystals and Neals Yard products for sale at The Garden Room. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, Federation of Holistic Therapists and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I am trained, experienced and insured in Reflexology, Pre-Conception (fertility) Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology (maternity), Facial Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. I also run workshops in Story Massage, partners hand reflexology during pregnancy, and a basic routine for parents and carers to use for their babies and children.
