Dr Joe Armstrong Accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR Trauma Practitioner Face-to-face appointments are available in Dollar, Dundee and Perth City Centre, or remotely via Skype.

Dr Joe Armstrong is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR Practitioner, Counsellor and Mental Health Professional with over 25 years experience of helping individuals and couples to overcome and cope better with a range of emotional, psychological, and life problems. He provides specialist therapy and coaching services to clients from across Central, Tayside and Fife regions of Scotland. If you are struggling with a problem that is having a negative impact on the quality of your life or stopping you being the person you want to be, then therapy can help. Research has shown that talking therapies like CBT and Counselling can help people deal with a wide range of emotional problems and life events, and in many cases positive changes start to happen after only a few sessions.
