Time Machine Ticket Activated 🚀
Okay, hands up if you thought you'd ever see me at a 5ive concert? Yeah, me neither! Tonight me and the boy in our suit jackets are having a lads night and heading to the Ovo Hydro.
Now, full disclosure, before you all start I’m not a massive 5ive fan.
But this isn't about the music, is it?
It’s about borrowing a two-hour window back to the late 90s/early 2000s. Back to a time when dial-up was a thing, plans were made by landline, and life felt... better, slower, and easier. A time before endless feeds, before constant connection, when the biggest decision was which CD to put in the player.
I'm trading in my adult responsibilities for a night of pure, unironic, youthful energy and maybe one or two questionable dance moves. I'm going for the nostalgia hit and the simplified version of the world that these throwbacks offer.
