And just like that, 2025 comes to an end.

Here at GTD Sports Therapy, we would like to thank every client who has visited the clinic this year and trusted their care with Gareth, Regan, and Michelle. Your continued support truly means everything to us.

A special mention must go to Sarah, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the day-to-day running of the clinic is organised, efficient, and seamless. From managing schedules to spending her weekends cleaning and preparing the clinic for the week ahead, her dedication does not go unnoticed. We’d also like to thank Dawn for covering the front desk whenever Sarah is unavailable your support is greatly appreciated.

This year brought its challenges, including the additional cost and workload involved in obtaining new acupuncture licences following changes in legislation. We were able to achieve this only because of the immense effort Sarah put into completing the paperwork and implementing the necessary updates.

Regan and Gareth also continued their professional development this year, completing Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) CPD, ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of care.

We also took time to celebrate an important birthday for Sarah at Franco’s Italian in Bridgend a well-deserved occasion.

We are incredibly proud to have achieved Best in Class based on your reviews via Fresha, and to have been awarded Welsh Sports Therapy Company of the Year 2025 at the Prestige Awards.

Thank you once again for your continued support throughout 2025. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026.
