Oak Tree Surgery is seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly primary care team. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a busy GP practice, including chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and health promotion.

You will work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to support patient wellbeing and preventative care, while contributing to quality improvement within the practice.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

Strong communication and clinical skills

Primary care experience desirable but not essential

The Flu virus is still circulating. If you are Over 65 it's still not too late to have your flu jab. We have vaccines left for the first 29 who contact us. Unfortunately if you are under 65 we have run out but we do have Nasal flus for under 16s who have missed at school or nursery. Give us a ring on 01656 665353 to book

This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills and familiarity with the latest accounts and payroll Apps and software, who is looking for flexible working hours within an GP practice environment.
Job Details
• Job Title: Finance Support Officer
• Salary: £27,901.41 per annum, pro rata
• Hours: 18.5 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible to suit the successful applicant

Essential Requirements
• Familiarity and proven experience using Sage Payroll
• Familiarity and proven experience using Xero accounting software
Desirable
• Previous experience of working in primary care within the NHS

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our Care Navigation team at Oak Tree Surgery. Preferably with previous experience but this is not essential.
Shift pattern is Monday- Friday 07.45am-18:30pm, 24 hours a week, to be worked over 5 days and shift pattern will be discussed at interview.
Our opening hours are 7.45 am until 6.30pm and staff are expected to cover staff holidays/absence at short notice.
