🌟 Meet the Team: Kelly Vaughan – Senior Carer

From her very first day as a carer, Kelly Vaughan has shown a true passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care — and her journey since then has been nothing short of inspiring. 💙
Kelly began her career with us at ND as a Care Assistant, where her dedication and natural empathy quickly stood out. Through hard work and a genuine love for helping others, she progressed to the role of Senior Carer, where she now supports both our service users and her fellow team members.
But Kelly’s journey doesn’t stop there — she’s currently studying to become an Adult Nurse at university, all while continuing to work with us. Her commitment to personal growth and to the people she cares for is truly admirable.
