Happy to share that the final bits of soundproofing are being completed today so that's going to mean more opportunity for weekday/ evening appointments.

It's a weekend off for me. Time to reset, spend time with my Son & husband. Thank you for another fabulous week.

I have been surrounded by spirit guides this week, and as I smudged my house when I got home today I can see many faces in the smoke too

One is the exact same image I saw when working on a clients solar plexus chakra during reiki this afternoon...

Received some requests for these so i got the diary out and here we have dates for the rest of this year. Guided relaxation followed by 30mins with a cuppa and nibbles to just soak up that feeling and energy before heading home.

perfect for a Sunday, ready to reset before the start of a new week.
Very informal, welcoming and Neuro-affirming. Just come as you are and let go.

Thank you so much to the Trustees & Volunteers of Special Families for booking out my entire Relaxation session last night. It was a privilege to deliver the session for you.

So lovely to see everyone comfortable in the space, taking time for themselves and enjoying a cuppa and nibbles afterwards.

Your feedback last night was overwhelming. Thank you.

These sessions are fortnightly on Sundays 4.30pm - 6pm. £10 inclusive a cuppa and nibbles.

🎄✨ We Need a Little Christmas Magic ✨🎄

This year, we’re trying to give our incredible children and families the Christmas party they truly deserve — filled with joy, laughter, and a sprinkle of magic.

But here’s the truth… we simply don’t have the funds to make it happen. 💔

We’re a small, self-funded charity, and every penny we raise goes straight back into supporting neurodivergent children and their families. Our Christmas party is often the only celebration many of our families can attend — a place where everyone belongs, nobody feels judged, and the magic of Christmas is shared by all.

We need £400 to make it happen — to cover the party supplier costs, children’s party food, a small gift for each child and maybe even a visit from Santa 🎅
