Smith Machine Static Lunges 🦵
Is a great lower body exercise that targets the quads, glutes and hamstrings.
The Smith machine has a fixed bar path which helps improve balance, making it easier to focus on proper form and muscle activation compared to free weights.
To perform this exercise correctly - one foot stays forward and the other stays back while you lower your body straight down, keeping your torso upright and front knee in line with your toes.
