Spring is here! 🌷🐥
As you all know by now I’m not a big fan of spring/summer, but I’m looking forward to spring this year (apart from the clock change tonight 😂) I have a new treatment coming soon which I’m VERY excited to start offering, that I will announce later in the month! 🤫
Also now you have all seen the “All Year Round Tree” I need colour ideas for May onwards, so get thinking and whichever colour has the most votes will be the colour of the tree that month 🤍

**All of my evening appointments are now fully booked for April and May. I’m now creating a waitlist for anyone who prefers an evening appointment, but ISN’T already a regular client. Happy New Year everyone, I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. I’m looking forward to seeing you all next week. As much as I’ve loved my break, I’m ready to get back to helping you all.

Regretfully after a high number of late cancellations and no shows over December, I need to update my cancellation policy. After introducing my cancellation policy in May of last year, these had significantly decreased, however in December this number rose again. I’m hoping these changes will help to protect my time and my business moving forward.

✨ Cancellation Policy Update ✨
Each appointment involves a lot of preparation to make the space calm and cosy - including lighting the fire 3 hours before my first client to ensure the room is at a comfortable temperature. When appointments aren’t attended, that preparation time is unfortunately lost.

Going forward the following will apply:
✨ All appointments require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking.
✨ Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling so I have the chance to fill the appointment.
✨ Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being kept as a cancellation fee.
✨ Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged the remaining balance of the treatment. Further appointments cannot be booked until this is paid.
✨ Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend for a second time, the voucher will be null and void.

I appreciate that life is hectic and unpredictable at times and certain things cannot be helped, however I try to be as accommodating as possible and when clients don’t message me to let me know they cannot attend, it means I can’t offer the appointment to clients on my waitlist and results in a loss of my time and income.

I truly appreciate every client and these changes allow me to continue offering the best possible experience. Thankyou for your understanding 🤍

All ready for my last client of 2025! 🎄✨
Thankyou all for keeping me sooo busy this year, I’m grateful for all of you. This year I realised how much I love what I do and the clients I get to see whether that’s regularly or not, your appointments have meant so much to me this year 🤍

I will be making some changes to Feel Kneaded in the New Year, and I will update you all on those soon when I’ve had time to sit with it and finalised everything.

Even though I’m not going to be at work now until the New Year, gift vouchers are still available to purchase in case you’re looking for any last minute Christmas gifts.
