Sneak Peek: I am super excited to share a SNEAK PEEK of an upcoming interview I was able to do with Victoria Pitt on Coloured Mirrors Intuitive Therapy. The nature, if not the crux of my work, is feeling.

Each and every session is a deep dive into the body.

We’ve become a nation of floating heads, seemingly alive from the neck up, and committed to ignoring what goes on below.

Our bodies hold it all. The memories, the wisdom, the grief, the loss, the joy, the pain, the pleasure, all stored on a cellular level. And it is here, in my experience, where we heal.

Not by thinking our way around our bodies but by feeling.

Checking in with the sensations that arise when we are experiencing grief, trauma, confusion. Noticing, welcoming, feeling.

Not trying to fix, not trying to talk it away, encourage it to leave, simply noticing what arises, exactly as it is.

My work is simple and it’s not easy.

I witness first hand time and time again the potency of this practise.

Like the moon bears witness to the crashing of the tide and the relenting of the waves. As do I, bear witness to the courage and commitment of my clients who by allowing this innate practise to flow, feel the physical release and freeing of the mind, body and spirit.

We’ve been talked out of our bodies, away from our intuition, taught to look out and not in for answers. So much of our ‘stuff’ gets stuck in our bodies manifesting as illness as it’s never given a voice, an out!

It’s my passion and calling to remind people that they know. To hold space whilst they discover the wisdom in their pain and the freedom in truly hearing it.

This beautiful bottle is number 2 in the Colour Mirrors system, it’s called The Moon / I feel. I know I’ve shared it before even though there are over 120 bottles in the system I always come to this one. The blue is always encouragement and a cloak of safety to communicate as I do. And on this, blue full moon, it couldn’t of been clearer.

Sharing the beautiful journey through the golden Gaia’s. All the bottles in the system have a unique energy and message, these beauties are no exception. They’re radiant, light and invite us to step up and into ourselves like never before. With trust, impeccability, generosity and grace. I love the word Impeccability! For me, it’s where the rubber hits the road. To discover ones truth, then live from it.
Today I’m Immersing myself in generosity, being kind and generous with myself frees me to do the same with others. It has to start here. ⭐️💫

“ It’s alright for you!” something I hear a lot. It IS all right for me now but it hasn’t always been. From the outside looking in, little in my life has changed but over the last 15 years my inner landscape has transformed from unimaginatively painful to unbelievably peace full! It’s always an inside job. When we can be with what’s inside us, everything outside of us changes. More true for me than that, has been, having the clarity and courage to change those things outside of me that no longer served me. I’ve learned more than anything to trust myself. It’s such a beautiful thing. I am the most finely tuned way finder, for me! That’s key! No one else will know your path / truth better than you. Finding those who will support you to find your own way through the Maya ( perfect autocorrect! I meant mire but Maya, as in illusion, is in this description, the same thing) is imperative. I have been fortunate to find the right people at the right time to do just that for me and still now I’m supported by others who have the clarity and strength to hold me through times where outside reassurance, fierce clarity and space holding are necessary. Though those times now are far less frequent, I’m truly blessed to have a handful of people who can hold me when needs be and they’re always people who’ve been through the mire themselves. Always!

Today as I sit here over looking the pool, surrounded by animals and people I love, I am full to bursting of gratitude and appreciation for the path I’m treading and from the nourishing discoveries that were revealed in the darkness and the clear thinking that arose from that state of utter surrender.

Wherever on your path you find yourself today, know that you are love, loved and infinitely lovable.

This green bottle, called the Hermit highlights the importance of taking time to retreat into our own space and heart and do a boundary health check to prevent burn out. Green is so much about our heart and connection with the earth. I’m a deep lover of solitude and my life reflects that. There have been times in my journey when an almost reclusive life was necessary, in order to begin to let go of old ways that no longer served me and find ways that did. Most importantly to find myself.

When Life gently whispers, are you listening? Often we are so busy and up in our heads we miss the subtleties until they’re in our face or we’re on our knees. Taking time each day, to slow down, pause, breathe and reconnect, is essential for our health and wellbeing.

Illumination. Deep magenta.

Its no secret I have an affinity with the darkness.
It has been my biggest teacher and became a source of comfort and nourishment in ways I could never of imagined.
Illumination, as it is so aptly named was the first bottle I purchased, whilst doing an introduction to colour weekend in London.
Illumination pulled me in by everything the was seemingly wrong with the world and therefore I, resonating so powerfully with the depths of my unfolding and experience.
G8 slept under my pillow, sat on my shelf and generally accompanied me on much of my early journey with Colour Mirrors, reminding me often of its presence and inviting me to open more and more to the darkness that is within. G8 walked with me out of the depths of darkness and into the light whilst remaining solid in its message, for me that is, there is beauty in the darkness and without it there can be no light. As the saying goes, when you think you’ve been buried you may well of been planted, the darkness houses rich, fertile, nourishing ground and allowing it to envelop me with all its might was a journey well worth taking. Magenta after all, is so very full of love.

Earth wisdom.

This bottle and I have been communing these last few days. Her gold and copper glow have been pulling at my core, urging me into my roots. She has so many messages.

She talks of the richness of earth and of the crucial need for us to return to a more earth based way of living.
She asks “ what’s your core message and how will you convey?’

We’ve been on quite a journey in the past, in fact we’ve been all the way back to the beginning of humanity on earth. A lesson in the positive and negative aspects of evolution. A refocusing on balance.

She asks us all, what is your song and how will you sing it whilst rooted deeply in the earth, beneath the warming golden sun. 🧡🤎
