If anyone is wondering what to get there spouse / partner for Christmas then what about a massage therapy session gift voucher!
They are valid for six months so plenty of time to use them and it’s something specifically for them , I do all kinds of massages, from your relaxing effleurage to deep tissue sports massage along with cupping, hot stones and lymphatic drainage!
Sessions are £30 for upper or lower body which takes 30 minutes and a full body massage is £50 for an hour!

I’ve noticed a bit of a trend of late! There’s a lot of people thinking that they have sciatica, but after reviewing them, they actually have something called piriformis syndrome, which can give you very similar symptoms as sciatica! I have managed to sort these people out within a few sessions and are no longer stuck in pain so if you’d like to come for a free consultation and let’s get you sorted!

A good start to the year , pretty much stayed open to massage Therapy over the festive season, apart from the two main days!
Photo , Lee , a regular customer of mine , first came to me midway through last year in terrible pain with his back and we are happy to say he is in good health with no back problems at all anymore! Lee continues now with Sports massage therapy every two weeks for general maintenance as he has a very strenuous job so we just keep on top of things!

I would like to announce for anyone that doesn’t know, I have had a slight raise in my prices as from the new year!
I have stayed at the same price since qualifying !
My new prices are £30 for upper or lower body massage/ 30 minutes.
Full body massage is £45
So a raise of £5

Another happy customer ! Jan came to me with lower back and hip problems, I could soon see she was suffering from piriformis syndrome, which can easily be mistaken for sciatica at times !
She is now walking with a lot more ease and less discomfort!
