Sophie has been busy learning all about how things run here at ARC, and getting ready to deliver high quality EMS sessions that you can guarantee from our trainers 💪

Qualifications & Experience:
    •    Qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2017.
    •    Experience working with clients of all ages and abilities.
    •    Specialises in producing detailed, tailored programmes with  reviews to keep clients progressing.
    •    Qualified in Pilates and circuit/group training classes.
    •    Recently completed a BA Honours in Education, focusing on Physical Education.

Passions & Interests:
    •    Passionate about helping people feel confident, motivated, and supported in reaching their fitness goals.
    •    Enjoys training in the gym, with a particular interest in Olympic lifting.
    •    Loves watching women’s football and rugby.

Style: Supportive, approachable, and motivating – combining fitness expertise with educational knowledge to create sustainable progress for clients.
